Entera Equity Partners LLC (Entera) is a family owned and operated business that helps people, just like you, get a better return on their investments. We have created an infrastructure for pooling investors to acquire large multifamily and commercial deals while building a team of experts and advisors in real estate law, finance, valuation, asset management and due diligence. We currently specialize in buying and operating investment-grade multifamily properties and apartment buildings.

We search for properties that meet specific criteria in “emerging markets” where key factors such as local economic and job growth are occurring. The properties we buy have immediate cash flow, and because of their location are also appreciating in value. We put together groups of investors to purchase these properties, then supervise our local property managers.

Our investors share in the cash flow and the appreciation. We target a combined return of 20-25% per year annualized, which means you may be able to double your money in 4-5 years by investing in one of our typical properties. We generally hold a property for 2-5 years then sell to realize the profits, or refinance (returning our investors’ original dollars) and hold longer. In other words, we do all the work while our investors reap both short- and long-term benefits. And right now is a particularly good time to invest in real estate, when prices are down and demand is low.
